Sigrid Brandstetter
Sigrid Brandstetter (born February 22, 1980 in Vienna ) is an Austrian singer , actress , author and director.
Life
Sigrid Brandstetter comes from a very musical family. At the age of 8 she began studying the violin, which she continued for 9 more years. While still at school, she received singing and dance lessons, attracted attention with her first successes in writing and, after completing high school, attended the Stage School of Music, Dance and Drama in Hamburg .
After graduating, she played the first leading role in the musical My Fair Lady in the St. Pauli Theater in Hamburg. Further engagements took her to Fürth ( Into the woods ) and Füssen in the Allgäu ( Ludwig - Sehnsucht nach dem Paradies ) and finally to her hometown, where she delighted as the little monkey Tumbili in the children's musical Simba in the Akzent Theater and to the United Theaters in Vienna .
There Sigrid Brandstetter was in the anniversary production of Elisabeth at the Theater an der Wien (as well as in Trieste , Italy ) as Helene von Wittelsbach, in the successful Christmas galas of the VBW Musical Christmas in Vienna as a soloist, and in the world premiere of the Kunze / Levay musical Rebecca im To see Raimundtheater .
Back in Germany, Sigrid Brandstetter could be seen as Audrey in Der kleine Horrorladen at Theater Lüneburg under the direction of Helga Wolf and celebrated great success in summer 2008 as Anita in the West Side Story of the Thunerseespiele .

Sigrid Brandstetter is also active as an author. In collaboration with the well-known composer Alexander Wagendristel , pieces such as B.
