Silas Atopare
Sir Silas Atopare , GCL , GCMG (* 1951 ) is a former Governor General of Papua New Guinea (November 20, 1997 to November 21, 2003).
For his services he was named Knight Grand Cross of the Order of St. Michael and St. George by Queen Elizabeth II in 1998 . Silas Atopare is a Seventh-day Adventist .
