Silva Reinaldo Ribeiro (born June 8, 1981 ) is a Brazilian soccer player with Austrian citizenship.

Career

Ribeiro began his career as an immigrant in Austria at WSG Wattens . He later moved to SV Hall within Tyrol . Via FC Rot-Weiß Rankweil it went to SC Austria Lustenau in the second highest Austrian league. During his time in Lustenau , he also took on Austrian citizenship. In 2008 he moved to the top Austrian league at SCR Altach , where he made his Bundesliga debut on July 9, 2008 against SV Ried . He came on in the 58th minute for Dursun Karatay , but could not prevent the 3-0 defeat. He scored his first Bundesliga goal on August 9, 2008 when he lost 7-2 to Rapid Vienna . Ribeiro scored the interim 2-2 equalizer. In January 2009 he moved one step lower to 1. FC Vöcklabruck , where he left the club again after six games, relegation and subsequent bankruptcy. For the 2009/10 season he played first at SC Bregenz in the Regionalliga West , then at FC Langenegg , and in the summer of 2010 he moved to the first league relegated FC Dornbirn . Ribeiro has been playing for FC Andelsbuch since 2012 .
