Silvestre Siale Bileka

Silvestre Siale Bileka (* 1940 (?)) Was Prime Minister of Equatorial Guinea from 1992 to 1996 .

Political career

He comes from the island of Bioko and was trained as a lawyer in Spain and Switzerland . After 1982 he was a member of the Supreme Court and Minister of Justice. Like the entire political elite of the country, he joined the unity party PDGE founded in 1987 by President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo . He became Prime Minister of the country on March 4, 1992 and remained in office until April 1, 1996.

In January 2000 he became President of the Supreme Court. He resigned from this office on January 23, 2004.
