Ricardo Mangue Obama Nfubea (* 1961 ) was Prime Minister of Equatorial Guinea from August 14, 2006 to July 8, 2008 . He replaced Miguel Abia Biteo Boricó .

He is a lawyer by profession and a member of the Partido Democrático de Guinea Ecuatorial (PDGE). He previously held various ministerial posts, such as labor and education, and was deputy prime minister in the previous government. Since independence in 1968 he has been the first prime minister from the people of the Fang , who make up four fifths of the population of Equatorial Guinea.

Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo , the president of the small African country, had accused the previous prime minister of corruption and partial incompetence for several months . He was succeeded by Ignacio Milam Tang .
