Simon Kulzer (born January 17, 1998 ) is a German volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career hall

In his youth, Simon Kulzer played indoor volleyball at TSV Vaterstetten , with whom he was Bavarian junior runner-up several times. In the 2014/15 season he also played with VC Olympia Kempfenhausen in the Third League East.

Career Beach

In 2009, Kulzer also started playing beach volleyball parallel to the hall. He was Bavarian champion in the age categories U13, U15 and U17 as well as Saxon champion in the categories U17 and U18. With Luis Klimpe , Kulzer also took part in the German U17 and U18 championships in 2013 and 2014. In 2015, Kulzer took 17th place alongside Robin Sowa at the U18 European Championships in Riga . With Dan John from Schüttorf , Kulzer was German U20 champion in 2016 and 2017. Kulzer / John also started on the national Smart Beach Tour and at the U19 World Cup in Larnaka . In 2017 Kulzer took part in the U21 World Cup in Nanjing with Milan Sievers and won the WEVZA tournament in Hoek van Holland with John . With Armin Dollinger , Kulzer started the FIVB World Tour for the first time in 2018 and finished fourth in the 1-star tournament in Shepparton . On the World Tour 2019 , Dollinger / Kulzer won the 1-star tournament in Visakhapatnam . After 2019 they qualified again for the German championship via the Comdirect Beach Tour 2020 .
