Simon Simeonow ( Bulgarian Симон Симеонов ; born November 26, 1980 in Sofia , Bulgaria ) is a former Bulgarian ice hockey player who played his entire career at HK Slavia Sofia in the Bulgarian ice hockey league. With Slavia he was ten times Bulgarian champion and eight times cup winner .

Career

Simon Simeonow played his entire career at HK Slavia Sofia , with whom he played in the Bulgarian ice hockey league. In 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 he won the cup with the Bulgarian Champions Club in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 . He ended his career in 2015 three years after winning the last title with Slavia.

International

In the youth field, Simeonow played for Bulgaria at the U18-D European Championships in 1996 and 1998 and at the U20-D World Championships in 1999 and 2000 .

With the Bulgarian men's national team , Simeonov took part in the World Championships of Division II in 2005 , 2006 and 2008 . He also represented his colors in qualifying for the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin .
