Simone Lang-Wiegele , née Simone Wiegele (born April 11, 1986 in Meerbusch ), is a former German vaulting artist . She is team world and European champion and German champion in individual vaulting.
Simone Wiegele started vaulting in 1991 at the Meerbusch Vaulting Center. In 2004 she switched to Team Neuss , the 1st S group of RSV Neuss-Grimlinghausen , with whom she became world champion at the World Equestrian Games in Aachen in 2006 . In April 2011 she won the first vaulting World Cup final . Simone Wiegele lives in Grevenbroich .
Since 2012 she has been the trainer of the junior team Neuss and the lunge guide. In 2012 and 2013 he won the gold medal at the Junior European Championships and the German Championships.
