Simson Bubbel (born April 6, 1986 in Berlin ) is a German actor .

life and career

Bubbel grew up in Berlin and gained his first experience in front of the camera as a child. By his stepfather, who as a manager at the East German film company DEFA worked, he discovered the love of film and acting.

During his studies and after graduating in 2012, Bubbel took part in various student productions and gained experience there, both in front of and behind the camera. This was followed by smaller and larger roles in TV and independent films, such as B. in the dystopian thriller Immigration Game by Krystof Zlatnik. Further, partly international, movie productions followed. a. the Russian world war drama 321-ya Sibirskaya by Solbon Lygdenov and Anton , a film about the October Revolution by Oscar- nominated director Zaza Urushadze .

Bubbel was most recently seen in Til Schweiger's "Best Buddy" comedy Hot Dog , directed by Torsten Künstler .
