Sinoe County (alternative spelling Sino ) is an administrative region ( county ) in Liberia , it has a size of 10,137 km² and had 102,391 inhabitants at the last census (2008).
The administrative region is divided into 17 districts. The capital is Greenville in the district of the same name.

The region is located in southeast Liberia on the Atlantic coast .
politics
Mobutu Vlah Nyenpan and Joseph Nyenetue Nagbe , both politicians of the APD , were elected in the first democratic Senate elections after the civil war .
