River Cess County (also called Rivercess or Rivercress ) is an administrative region ( county ) in Liberia , it has a size of 5 594 km² and had 71,509 inhabitants at the last census (2008).
The administrative region is divided into eight districts. The capital is Cestos City , also known as River Cess , in the Central River Cess District.
