Sjöbo is a place ( Tatort ) in the southern Swedish province of Skåne län and the historical province of Skåne . It is the capital of the municipality of the same name .
history
The city began to grow when a stop was established here on the railway line between Malmö and Simrishamn in the early 19th century . Today Sjöbo can no longer be reached by train, but two large streets cross.

Sjöbo is the winter quarters of Circus Madigan . The place is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the world's largest Spettekaka , a pastry specialty, was made here.
