Syarhey Simzou ( Belarusian Сяргей Сімцоў ., English transcription Siarhey Simtsou ; * 3. February 1981 in Vitebsk ) is a Belarusian biathlete .

Sjarhej Simzou lives in Vitebsk. He started biathlon in 1999 and is trained by Sergei Vinogradov. Since 2006, the athlete who competes for the Belarusian Trade Organization has been a member of his country's national team. In 2001 he took part in Khanty-Mansiysk in the Junior World Championships and was 16th in the individual, 57th in the sprint and 13th in the relay. Further international assignments followed in 2006. In Andermatt he took part in the 2006 military world ski championships and finished 47th in the sprint. The 2006 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Ufa followed . In the cross-country race, he was 12th in the sprint and 15th in the pursuit, and seventh in the sprint race on roller skis . Since the 2006/07 season , Simzou has been taking part in races in the European Cup (later the IBU Cup). In his first sprint in Obertilliach he was 52nd, in 2007 he won first points in Geilo as 37th of a sprint. The best result so far is a 12th place in an individual in 2007 in Obertilliach. In the Winter Universiade in 2007 from Turin to the White Russian came to the Olympic distances of Cesana San Sicario in eleventh place in the sprint, 14 in singles and followers as well as ten in the mass start and won with Sergey Novikov , Uladzimir Miklascheuski and Wital Perzau the title in the relay race. At the Biathlon European Championships in 2008 in Nové Město na Moravě he was 39th of the individual and seventh in relay with Nowikau, Aljaksandr Syman and Rustam Waliullin .
