Slaughterhouse ( English for slaughterhouse ) is an EP by the US rap group Slaughterhouse of the same name . It was released on February 8, 2011 on the E1 Music label .

The six songs on the EP were produced by five different producers. The beats for Fight Club (remix) and Move on (remix) were provided by Frequency, while D12 member Mr. Porter produced the song Sun Doobie . The piece Back on the Scene was produced by M-Phazes, The Hitmen produced Put Some Money on It (Remix) and Black Milk created the instrumental song Everybody Down .

Cover design

The album cover is in white and brownish-red tones. It shows the group's logo - a domestic pig hanging upside down with its legs tied together. The background is white and smeared with blood. Above the logo is Slaughter and below it is House . The four names of the band members Crooked I , Joe Budden , Joell Ortiz and Royce da 5'9 ″ are in the corners of the picture.

Three songs on the EP feature guest appearances by other artists. The rapper Dres, part of the Black Sheep duo , can be heard on the song Back on the Scene . The rap group The LOX , consisting of Jadakiss , Sheek Louch and Styles P. , appears on Put Some Money on It (Remix) and the artist Iffy sings the refrain during the remix of Move on .
