Slavicov (Burgas)

Petko Slawejkow is the second largest district in Burgas with around 40,000 inhabitants . It is named after the Bulgarian writer Petko Slawejkow .

There are three primary schools in Slaviev, the University of Asen Slatarov and a teacher training college. The international wrestling competition Strandscha as well as other dance, boxing and judo competitions take place in the multifunctional hall Zala Mladost . Slawejkow is about twelve kilometers from the LUKOIL Neftochim Burgas oil refinery .
