Sleeping with Ghosts is the fourth album by Placebo , which was released on April 1, 2003 .

The album

The band describes interpersonal relationships, such as love and friendship, as the main theme of the album.

Placebo also use electronic effects more and more in the album compared to its predecessors. Therefore it is partly assigned to the Synth Pop . However, the typical placebo elements, such as the melancholy mood and the extraordinary voice of Brian Molko, are always retained. So Sleeping with Ghosts fits in with the band style.
