Slynka ( Ukrainian Злинка ; Russian Злынка ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kirovohrad with about 5100 inhabitants (2004).

The village was founded in 1798 is the administrative center of the eponymous district municipality in the south of Rajon Mala Vyska , nor the almost deserted village of Nowakiwka ( Новаківка ) is one of two residents.

Zlynka located 25 km south of the Rajonzentrum Mala Vyska and 60 km west of Oblastzentrum Kropywnyzkyj . The village is on the T-24-01 territorial road and has a train station on the Nowoukrajinka - Smila railway line .

The M 12 trunk road runs north of Slynka . In the village there are quarries where the red granite Kapustino is quarried.
