Smyrnowe ( Ukrainian Смирнове ; Russian Смирново Smirnowe ) is a village in the south of the Ukrainian Oblast of Zaporizhia with about 1,300 inhabitants (2004).
The village, founded in 1857, is located in the Azov highlands on the right bank of the Berda River and on the territorial road Т – 08–15 .
Smyrnowe is the administrative center of the same name, 317.6 km² District Municipality in the southwest of Rajon Bilmak with about 3,500 inhabitants that even the villages Dibrova ( Діброва ) Oleksijiwka ( Олексіївка ) Selenyj Haj ( Зелений Гай ) Sraskowe ( Зразкове ) , Tytowe ( Титове ), Verkhnyodrahunske ( Верхньодрагунське ) and Vershyna Druha ( Вершина Друга ) belong.
The village is 22 km southeast of the district center of Bilmak and the Oblast center of Zaporizhia is about 140 km northwest of Smyrnove.
