Sollacher Forest

The Sollacher Forest is a larger, elongated, contiguous forest area between the upper Isental and the scenic Lappach Valley in the southeast of the Upper Bavarian district of Erding .

The forest is a popular local recreation and hiking area for the residents of western Isengau . The area, 6 km long and 3.3 km wide, is of (slightly) hilly nature, but a narrow, flat and elongated plateau stretches from north to south. Within the 524 to 564 m above sea level.
