The Lappach is a small right tributary of the Isen in the Upper Bavarian district of Erding . It rises in a forest 500 meters northeast of the hamlet of Willmating in the municipality of Isen and the confluence with the Isen is at the southern end of Oberdorf .

The Lappachtal belongs to three communities: The lower valley, with the Lindumer Kircherl , belongs to the town of Dorfen , half of the middle and upper valley (left and right side of the valley) are in the communities of Isen and St. Wolfgang . The largest places in the Lappach Valley are the large hamlets of Sollach and the Lappach of the same name at the entrance to the valley. The “Gschlössl” luxury seats at Berg and Herrnberg existed until the early modern times .
