The Solowjowberg ( English Mount Solov'yev , Norwegian Solov'ëtoppen ) is a 2,715  m high mountain in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises in the southern part of the Gråkammen in the western Petermann chain of the Wohlthat massif .

It was discovered and mapped using aerial photographs during the German Antarctic Expedition in 1938/39 under the direction of polar explorer Alfred Ritscher . A new mapping based on aerial photographs and surveys was carried out during the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960). The name goes back to a Soviet Antarctic expedition from 1960 to 1961. The namesake is the Soviet cartographer MD Solovyov.
