Sophie Adell (born September 26, 1975 in London ) is a German actress .

Life

Sophie Adell grew up as the daughter of a manager and a foreign language secretary in London, Brussels , Athens , New Jersey , North Holland and Buenos Aires . At the age of 15, she moved to Germany and, after graduating from high school, did an acting and dance training in Berlin, at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute in New York and at the Van Mar Academy in Los Angeles . She then played guest roles in various television productions. From 2002 to 2005 she played a leading role as a banker in the RTL comedy series Bernds Hexe . Two complete seasons of the series Bernds Hexe as well as episode leading roles in Dr. Molly and Karl and Poldi and Drecksau were not broadcast. Other roles followed and a. in Tatort , Die Superbullen and Let's go! . From 2013 to 2015 she was part of the ensemble of the series In Your Dreams - Summer of Your Life .

As a red carpet reporter, she developed the YouTube format Star Struck Sophie - VIP Talk , which was sometimes linked on the website of the Munich Film Festival from 2012 to 2013 . A comparable format was then created at the Berlinale on behalf of BMW Motorrad.

In 2014 Sophie Adell got involved in the outpatient children's hospice in Munich.
