Die Superbullen is a German comedy film and the sequel to Voll normaaal and Ballermann 6 , which are also cast with Tom Gerhardt and Hilmi Sözer . The film distributor is Constantin Film .

action

The characters Tommie and Mario, already known from Voll normaaal and Ballermann 6, become patrolmen in Cologne-Kalk and, as everyone expected, are about to be released. But then follows their biggest case so far: The beloved mascot of 1. FC Köln , " billy goat Hennes ", was kidnapped. The task of finding him again leads the two stupid police officers across Germany, and they slide into new crazy adventures.

reception

“… Directed by Gernot Roll, who is extremely experienced in comedy issues […], in the German answer to 'Police Academy', no pun is too good not to be muddled in crude slapstick manner. The result, with its countless guest appearances by well-known comedians and celebrities, develops its own charm that unfolds if you just let it. "

“… One has to admit one thing to Gerhardt: he wasn't afraid of flying too low. In his films there is drinking, farting, burping, pooing and throwing up, that it is a joy. No unsavory appetite is left out, and the first two films sail just below any taste limit. […] It is possible that Gerhardt has recognized the signs of the times and is now heading a somewhat higher course with 'The Superbulls'. It's not possible here without throwing up and farting scenes either. But the disgust department is surprisingly cautious in comparison. In fact, the police comedy tells something like a story and doesn't just add one shock gag to the other. […] Even if Tom Gerhardt won't win any awards with his new comedy, it surprisingly stands out from its predecessors. For example, it has a positive effect that Tommie swaps his silly poodle for a police hat and thus appears far less infantile. The gags, sure-fire or not, ignite, and thanks to its experienced director Gernot Roll […], the film cannot be blamed for any craft. In principle everything stays the same: You can only love or hate Tom Gerhardt's humor. "

“If it is certain weeks before the cinema release that there will be no press screening beforehand, that cannot usually be seen as a good sign. [...] Why can't the critics examine the whole thing in advance? In a Tom Gerhardt film, you know what to expect, is the rationale. Actually, rating enough. "
