Katja Flint
Katja Flint (born November 11, 1959 in Stadthagen , Lower Saxony ) is a German actress .
biography
Flint spent her childhood in Germany and the USA . After high school and acting training, she gained first theater experience , including a. at the Munich Residenztheater .
She made her movie debut in 1982 in pirate station Powerplay . It followed u. a. the movies Kolp, Forget Mozart , Only Women, No Life, The Democratic Terrorist, The Winner , You Will Kill Me , Widows and Straight Shooter . In 2000, Flint played Marlene in Joseph Vilsmaier 's film of the same name , which won the Hollywood Film Award .
Flint also played in television productions such as B. Regina on the steps , Leo and Charlotte , Hell in us , Rosemarie the girl , Silent steps , End of a passion , Venus murderer , Vicky's Nightmare or in Bernd Schadewald's two-parter Ein Großes Ding . After Jeanny in Oskar Roehler's film Suck my Dick , she played Madame de Pompadour in the production The young Casanova . She made the short film Gone Underground with Michael Ballhaus , and in 2005 she had the female lead in Bernd Heiber's debut film Herzentöter . For television she developed the character Franziska Luginsland with the writer Friedrich Ani and the director and author Nina Grosse . The ginger from How do I get my mother up was also based on an idea by Flint. In the meantime, another story about Ginger and her blended family has been filmed with Fathers Mothers Children . In the movie The White Massai Flint embodies the alcoholic Elisabeth , and in a character study by Leander Haußmann the Lady Milford in his theater adaptation of Cabal and Love .
Katja Flint has been involved in artistic photography since 2014. A monograph was published by DISTANZ Verlag in February 2019 for her first solo exhibition in a museum in the Kunsthalle Rostock .
Flint was married to Heiner Lauterbach from 1985 to 2001 . The couple, who separated in 1991, have a son (* 1988). She was in a relationship with Bernd Eichinger for five years. From 2001 to 2006 she was the partner of the Austrian writer Peter Handke . Flint lives in Berlin .
