Sophie Cookson (2014)

Sophie Cookson (born May 15, 1990 in Haywards Heath , West Sussex ) is an English film and theater actress .

Life

Her parents, Colin and Maria Louise Cookson, encouraged their daughter's artistic creativity from an early age. Cookson grew up in Sussex , attended Woodbridge School in Woodbridge , Suffolk , and graduated from the Oxford School of Drama in 2013 . She was best known for her portrayal of the secret agent Roxanne "Roxy" Morton in the spy film Kingsman: The Secret Service from 2014 and its sequel The Golden Circle from 2017.

In 2018 she starred alongside Orlando Bloom in the dark comedy Killer Joe by Tracy Letts on stage at Trafalgar Studios in London.
