In 1811 the Hiendlhof was part of the Schambach tax district . During the formation of the community, he came to Amselfing in 1821 under the new name Sophienhof . When it was dissolved in the course of the regional reform in Bavaria on May 1, 1978, the Sophienhof part of the municipality and the neighboring Entau were incorporated into the Straßkirchen municipality .
