Sorapiss ( Sorapísc in Ladin ) is a mountain group in the Italian Dolomites southeast of Cortina d'Ampezzo . The group dominates the Valle del Boite ( Boite Valley). The highest peak is the Punta Sorapiss with 3205 m slm
Other well-known peaks are the Croda Marcora ( 3154 m ) and the Dito di Dio ( 2603 m ).
The Dolomite high trails number 3 and 4 lead through the massif. In the basin enclosed by the group, the Sorapisssee lies next to the Sorapisshütte ( Rifugio Vandelli ) ( 1928 m ).
