The Social Court in Frankfurt am Main is a social justice court . The court is one of seven social courts in Hesse and has its seat in Frankfurt .

Courthouse

The courthouse of the Frankfurt Social Court is located at Gutleutstraße 136 . Until 2009, the court was located at 36 Adickesallee .

Judicial district and higher courts

The Frankfurt Social Court is locally responsible for the independent city of Frankfurt , the Hochtaunus district and the Main-Kinzig district . The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

At the state level, the Hessian State Social Court is the higher-ranking court. The Federal Social Court , located in Kassel, is superordinate to this.
