The Wiesbaden Social Court is a social justice court . The court is one of seven social courts in Hessen and has its seat in Wiesbaden . It is located in the Justice Center on Mainzer Straße .

Judicial district and higher courts

The Wiesbaden Social Court is locally responsible for the state capital Wiesbaden , the Main-Taunus district , the Limburg-Weilburg district and the Rheingau-Taunus district . The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

At the state level, the Hessian State Social Court is the higher-ranking court. The Federal Social Court , located in Kassel, is superordinate to this.
