Fulda Social Court

The social court in Fulda is a court of social justice . The court is one of seven social courts in Hesse and has its seat in Fulda .

Judicial district and higher courts

The Fulda social court is locally responsible for the district of Fulda , the district of Hersfeld-Rotenburg and the Vogelsberg district. The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

At the state level, the Hessian State Social Court is the higher-ranking court. The Federal Social Court in Kassel is superordinate to this.
