history
On January 16, 1873, 61 citizens of Eggenstein founded the first loan office of the Grand Duchy of Baden under the name Eggensteiner Loan Fund Association eGmuH . At the first general assembly on January 20, 1873, the statutes were accepted by the members and the mayor Max Heck was elected as the first board member. In 1884 the Eggensteiner Loan Association eGmuH joined the Baden association of cooperative associations founded in the same year and was renamed the Savings and Loan Association eGmuH in 1889 . The cooperative self-help was important for the development of craft, trade and agriculture in Eggenstein. After the general assembly at the beginning of 1928, Leopoldshafen was included in the fund on May 22nd.
On January 1, 1971, the Eggenstein Spar- und Kreditbank, renamed in 1954, and the Linkenheim Spar- und Kreditbank merged to form Spar- und Kreditbank Hardt eG , based in Leopoldshafen.
organization structure
The organs of the bank are divided into the management board , the supervisory board and the representative assembly . The board manages and represents the cooperative in and out of court. The control is incumbent on the supervisory board, which monitors the management of the management board. The members of the bank elect their representatives for four years. For every 50 members, a representative is elected who represents the rights of the members in matters of the cooperative at the representative assembly.
