Srbinjak ( Italian : Serbignaco ) is a village in the Tinjan municipality of Istria County in present-day Croatia . The village is located about 18 km east of the Adriatic beach , 20 km east of the nearest larger town Poreč and 5 km southwest of Tinjan. Srbinjak has about 40 inhabitants and twelve stone houses typical of the region, which are also used for renting out to tourists. The main sources of income for the inhabitants are viticulture and tourism. There is a Mediterranean climate .
