history

This important architectural and art-historical village church was built in 1746. The parish collected money for this new building for over 20 years. The half-timbered top of the tower dates back to 1812. The bell of the tower is from the 13th century and served the people of that time. In the nave there is a baroque interior with the pulpit altar from 1756. One hundred years later the first restoration was necessary. Painter Elsner from Nordhausen did the work.
