The Catholic branch church St. Peter and Paul in Harkirchen , a district of the municipality of Berg in the Upper Bavarian district of Starnberg , was built in the 18th century. The church on a meadow on a slope is a protected architectural monument .

description

The baroque hall building with roof turrets and onion dome still has medieval building fabric in its core. The flat-roofed nave is framed with a simple molding. The choir is closed on three sides. The sacristy was added to the side.

Furnishing

The painting on the main altar is flanked by two 50 cm high wooden figures of the apostles Peter and Paul , which were created around 1510/1520. On the walls there are wooden sculptures of the twelve apostles on consoles , which date from the 15th century.
