Church and monastery

The church and monastery building were built according to plans by Mathias Gerl and completed in 1756. The decor of the church comes from the plasterers Jakob Philipp Kegelsperger and Pietro Orsatti as well as the stonemasons Matthias Winkler and Franz Joseph Steinböck .

Felix Ivo Leicher painted the altarpieces of St. Thekla , Maria Immaculata and the founder of the order, St. José Calasanz . His frescoes on the gables of the church and college are no longer preserved.
