Diocesan development process

On November 29, 2015, development areas were defined for all parishes in the Archdiocese of Vienna. The parishes should work more closely together in the development areas, form parish associations or pastoral care rooms. At the end of the process, new parishes should emerge from the development areas. The following development areas were defined in the city dean's office 4/5:

  • Resurrection of Christ and St. Joseph at Margareten
  • St. Elisabeth, St. Florian, St. Karl Borromäus, St. Thekla and Wieden (since January 1, 2017 parish for the good news)
