The Stadthavel nature reserve is located in the urban district of Brandenburg an der Havel in Brandenburg .

The area with the identification number 1407 was placed under nature protection by ordinance of December 19, 2002 . The 250 hectares ha large nature reserve extends southeast of the central city of Brandenburg east of the Breitling lake along the Brandenburg Lower Havel . The B 1 runs to the north and east and the L 93 state road not far to the southeast .
