Stanislav Olexandrowytsch Bohusch ( Ukrainian Станіслав Олександрович Богуш , born October 25, 1983 in Zaporizhia ) is a Ukrainian football goalkeeper who is currently guarding the goal for Dynamo Kiev .

Career

Bohusch is a product of the Youth System of Metalurh Zaporizhzhya . He made his professional debut for Metalurh Zaporizhia on March 14, 2004 in a 0-0 draw against Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk . After four more years at Metalurh, he signed a five-year contract with Dynamo Kiev in the summer of 2008 . He made his debut for Kiev on August 17, 2008 in a 2-0 league win against his ex-club Zaporizhia. With his good performance in this game, he pushed Oleksandr Schowkowskyj out of the gate and secured his regular place. In his first season he reached the UEFA Cup semi-finals with Dynamo and was named man of the game in the 0-0 away draw against Fenerbahçe Istanbul in the Champions League group stage . In the 2009/10 season he lost his regular place again to Schowkowskyj and the following season to Denis Boiko and Maksym Kowal .

Bohusch plays for the Ukrainian national team . He has also played a number of times for the U-19 and U-21 teams in his country.
