Starý Rokytník (German Alt-Rognitz or Altrognitz ) is a district of Trutnov in the Czech region of Královéhradecký kraj .
The formerly independent municipality is located about two kilometers southeast of Trutnov and can be reached via road 3012.
history
The districts Rudersdorf (Czech Rubínovice ) and Neu-Rognitz (Czech Nový Rokytník ) belonged to Alt-Rognitz .
After the Munich Agreement , Alt-Rognitz was added to the German Reich in 1938 and belonged to the Trautenau district until 1945 . In 1945 Alt-Rognitz came back to Czechoslovakia.
The German residents were expropriated and expelled in 1945 . The Czech Republic has not made amends .
