Stargate Infinity is an American animated series based on the television series Stargate - Command SG-1 . It was produced by MGM and DiC Entertainment and ran in 2002 and 2003 on the Saturday morning program of the US television station Fox .

30 years after SG-1's first journey through the Stargate, the discovery of a mysterious creature could hold the key to peace in a universe threatened by war and tyranny. It is now in the hands of four exceptional cadets and a Stargate veteran to bring the creature back to its home planet while protecting it from the evil Tlak'kahn.

The first broadcast of Stargate Infinity was from September 14, 2002 to March 24, 2003 on the US broadcaster Fox . In Germany , the series was not broadcast. However, in August 2007 the complete series was released on DVDs in the United Kingdom , on which there is a German soundtrack in addition to the English and Italian ones .
