The Start Cycling Team is a Bolivian cycling team based in La Plata, Argentina .

The team was founded in 2012 and takes part in the UCI Continental Circuits as a Continental Team . The manager is Laura Frazer, who is supported by the sporting directors Joyce Ghijs, Alexander Labbe and Leonel Vallina.
