Stefan Pürner

Stefan Pürner (born December 22, 1960 in Nuremberg ) is a German writer and lawyer .

Life

Stefan Pürner grew up in Röthenbach an der Pegnitz and lived in Regensburg from 1981 to 1992 . In the 1980s he mainly published poetry and short prose in Franconian dialect and in High German. He also worked as a freelancer for newspapers, magazines and local radio stations and wrote music as well as concert and literary reviews, motorsport .

In the 1990s, apart from occasional journalistic articles on the Balkan conflict, he published almost exclusively legal articles and book articles, in particular on the law of the states that emerged from the former Yugoslavia . Among other things, he is co-editor of the “Handbook Economy and Law in Eastern Europe ”. He has also published articles on WiRO (Journal of Economics and Law in Eastern Europe) , International Business Law , International Tax Law , Yearbook for Eastern Law , Practice of International Private and Procedural Law (IPrax) and in foreign legal journals. He also published numerous translations of laws from the former Yugoslav states and Czechoslovakia .

Pürner holds a doctorate in law and is a project manager at the IRZ Foundation in Bonn . From 1996 to 2007 he was also a lecturer in the business administration department of the Georg-Simon-Ohm University in Nuremberg . He mainly writes German short stories ( science fiction and others). In addition, he continues to publish regularly in legal publications as well as articles on musical topics. After working in Novi Sad , Frankfurt / Main , Zagreb , Nuremberg and Priština , he lives in Bonn - Bad Godesberg .

2007 recorded Germanbeat.de website Pürners book Cloned with their price MBE , which is awarded annually for publications Beatles reference, as the best book in the category Inspired by the Beatles from. In 1984 Pürner dropped out of the last ballot in the Bavarian Radio's poetry competition, in which over 1200 authors had participated. Also in 1984 he was one of the winners of the short story competition of Atrioc Verlag, Bad Mergentheim, with the short story Der gute Harry .
