Stefanie von Turetzki (* 27. November 1868 in Czernowitz , † 20th November 1929 ibid) was the founder and director of the first Girls Secondary School ( High School ) of the Austro - Hungarian k.uk - monarchy in Chernivtsi in the east of Austria-Hungary located province Bucovina .

Stefanie von Turetzki studied in Vienna from 1887 to 1892 , where she obtained a doctorate in philosophy .
