Steffi Renz

Steffi Renz (born February 26, 1970 in Bad Urach ) is a German presenter and journalist.

Career

She started her professional career as a moderator and editor at the local radio stations Radio Achalm, Radio RT4 and Neckar-Alb-Radio. By working in the radio sector, Renz was used as a presenter for the stadium program for the home games of VfB Stuttgart in the 1990/91 season. At times she was also active as an editor in the TV area at schawa TV, Stuttgart.

From 1999 to 2003 Renz appeared as the stadium announcer for SSV Reutlingen 05 in the 3rd and 2nd Bundesliga in the Reutlinger Stadion an der Kreuzeiche . After Claudia Wunderlich appeared as the first stadium announcer at 1. FC Nürnberg , Renz followed in 1999 and was at times the only “female voice” in Germany's professional leagues football stadiums. During this time she was also the editor in charge of the SSV stadium newspaper “anpfiff” and was employed as a press officer at SSV Reutlingen 05.

Since 2003 she has worked as a freelance journalist a. a. for the Reutlinger General-Anzeiger and the youth soccer magazine Just kick-it! active. After moderating various types of events, Renz has been strengthening the team of the radio station ANTENNE 1 since 2012 and appears as a trade fair and event moderator. So she moderated u. a. Renz also offers seminars on speaking and voice training, moderation and press work.
