Stone (Pomeranian noble family)
Stein , also Stain, Staine, Steen and Steene , is the name of an extinct Pomeranian noble family.
history
The old Pomeranian noble family was still around 1618 in Bietegast on the island of Ruegen , in Siegelkow in the Principality of Cammin in Pomerania , and in mirror village at Greifswald in Vorpommern been resident. At the time of Bogislaw X , around 1496, Hennicke v. Stein in Pomerania. His great-grandson, Arend v. Stein auf Ziggelow (Siegelkow), suffered from a severe head injury that he suffered from a fall, from impaired consciousness, which meant that he had to wander around disoriented. He died around the middle of the 17th century in Sissow on Rügen, and with him the family line died out.
