The Steinberg is a mountain with a height of 196 m above sea level. NN in Vlotho . The mountain, located directly on the Weser , together with the Ebenöde and the Amtshausberg, dominates the northern part of the Vlotho district of the city of Vlotho. Naturally, it belongs to the Weser Uplands and the Lipper Mountains . To the south is the Amtshausberg and to the west is the Ebenöde.
A section of the Dingelstedt path runs along the Steinberg (hiking trail X5 ). The mountain is located in the large-scale landscape conservation area Lipper Bergland (3818-0020 LSG) of Herford.
