Stephan Bone-Winkel (born May 18, 1965 ) is a German real estate entrepreneur and holder of the honorary professorship in real estate development with a focus on project development at the IREBS Institute for Real Estate Management at the University of Regensburg . The managing director of ceos Investment GmbH is also the founder and member of the Supervisory Board of BEOS AG, a real estate company in Berlin that specializes in the development and management of corporate real estate (mixed-use commercial property / Corporate Real Estate) specializes. In 2014, Stephan Bone-Winkel co-founded the corporate real estate initiative. The aim of the initiative, which consists of several companies, is to increase transparency on the German market for corporate real estate.

biography

Stephan Bone-Winkel studied business administration at the University of Cologne and the École des hautes études commerciales (HEC) in Paris. He received his doctorate in 1994 under Karl-Werner Schulte at the European Business School (today EBS University for Economics and Law ) in Oestrich-Winkel. From 1993 to 1995 he was managing director of the ebs real estate academy (today IREBS real estate academy ) and built up its Berlin branch. 1996/1997 Bone-Winkel worked for Deutsche Bank in the project development department in Berlin. In 1997 he and Ingo-Hans Holz founded BEOS Projektentwicklung und Immobilienmanagement GmbH, now BEOS AG, in the capital. From 2003 to 2006, Bone-Winkel also held the endowed chair for real estate project development at EBS. In 2006 he moved with Karl-Werner Schulte and Martin Wentz to the IREBS Institute for Real Estate Management at the University of Regensburg and took on the honorary professorship for real estate development. Stephan Bone-Winkel's research topics include, in addition to the focus on project development, above all real estate asset management, value-oriented real estate investments, the revitalization of existing properties and the topic of corporate real estate. Bone-Winkel is co-editor of the handbooks for project development and real estate investments published by Immobilien Manager Verlag, the volume 1 Immobilienökonomie published by De Gruyter Oldenbourg Verlag, the publications on real estate economics and real estate law from the University of Regensburg and the magazine for real estate economics. Bone-Winkel is the author and co-editor of the manuals for project development and real estate investments as well as the series of publications on real estate economics , which are published by Immobilien Manager Verlag. He is a founding member of immoebs eV (former association of IREBS) and the GIF Society for Real Estate Research , co-editor of the magazine for real estate economics as well as a member of the Urban Land Institute and member of the ERES European Real Estate Society. Bone-Winkel is also a member of the scientific advisory board of the Central Real Estate Committee (ZIA) , a member of the advisory board of the real estate fair EXPO REAL and the IREBS Real Estate Academy, a member of the board of trustees of the IREBS Foundation for African Real Estate Research and a corporate advisory board at CILON GmbH.
