Stephan Grohs is a German political and administrative scientist .
Life
From 1996 to 2003 he studied social sciences at the Humboldt University in Berlin (2004: degree in social sciences). From 2004 to 2006 he was a research assistant in the Department of Political and Administrative Sciences at the University of Konstanz , Chair of Administrative Science with a focus on Public Sector Reform ( Jörg Bogumil ). In 2006 he had a teaching position in the Department of Political and Administrative Sciences in Konstanz . From 2007 to 2009 he was a research assistant at the Ruhr University Bochum , chair of public administration, urban and regional politics (Jörg Bogumil). After receiving his doctorate in 2009 as Dr. rer. soc. In Bochum , from 2009 to 2010, he represented the W3 professorship for administrative science in the department of political and administrative science at the University of Konstanz. Since 2010 he has been a research assistant (since 2011 Academic Councilor ) at the Chair for Comparative Policy Research and Public Administration , Department of Politics and Public Administration at the University of Konstanz ( Christoph Knill ). In 2013 he represented the W3 professorship for comparative administrative science, in particular administration in Europe at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer . In 2015 he represented the W3 professorship for comparative policy research and public administration at the University of Konstanz. In 2015 he represented the W3 professorship for political science at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer.
Grohs has held the Chair of Political Science at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer since 2015.
