Stephan Runge (* 1962 in Düsseldorf ) is a German actor , musician and visual artist .

Life

Stephan Runge grew up in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf as the son of the visual artist Holger Runge .

From 1984 to 1987 Stephan Runge attended the drama school in Bochum . After completing his acting training, he moved to Cologne in 1988 and worked for various theater productions (including “Presence of Memory” with Gert Jonke , director: Robert Hunger-Bühler ). At the beginning of the 1990s he appeared in numerous television films and series ( Die Wache , Lindenstrasse , Kommissarin Goedeke , etc.).

At the same time, Runge started his solo career as a singer and musician and has since released seven long plays and over 20 singles. Together with Claus Vinçon , he wrote the hottest ass in the world ( Cologne's LGBT anthem) and other songs that became popular at the Pink Session and are part of the repertoire of the gay and lesbian carnival in Cologne. Stephan Runge became known to a broad music audience through many television appearances ( ZDF hit parade , current showroom , ZDF television garden , etc.) and regular nationwide radio appearances .

In addition to his work in the music studio and on stage, Runge continues to work as a speaker for radio and advertising. Since 2005 he has also been working as a visual artist.
