Stephan von Sydow

Stephan von Sydow (born April 2, 1857 in Beyditten, Friedland district in East Prussia , † 1919 ) was a Prussian administrative officer.

Life

Stephan von Sydow was born as the son of the manor owner Gustav von Sydow and Valeska born. from Sydow. After attending the Kneiphöfisches Gymnasium in Königsberg , he studied law and political science at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin . In 1877 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . After graduating, he entered the Prussian civil service. From 1892 to 1907 he was District Administrator of the district Neustadt OS in the province of Silesia . He then moved to the Köslin district government in the Pomeranian province , where he became a senior councilor. Von Sydow died unmarried.
